CONNECT is seeking a senior-level manager or director for a full-time, permanent position with our client as a Director of Global Customer Analytics. This Director will be expected to improve core enterprise decisions across Customer Management, Cross-Sell, Financial Services, Network, Pricing and Marketing Spend Effectiveness through the use of advanced data mining, modeling and analytics. This person will partner cross-functional business teams and be the champion of change in ensuring that the client embraces state-of-the-art analytic solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
MBA with proven quantitative orientation and/or MS or MA in Statistics, Economics or Mathematics
Tenured, 5+ years of experience in data mining - must have demonstrated a pattern of success in using advanced quantitative methods to solve business problems
Excellent technical and analytical skills - proficiency in analytic techniques extensively applied across industries (e.g., Banking, Credit Cards, Airlines)
Ability to succeed in a matrix environment and influence adoption of new thinking
Experience managing analytics resources is a must
Ability to clearly communicate, persuade and influence a wide group of people, including Senior Management
