CONNECT is seeking a senior-level manager or director for a full-time, permanent position on our client’s Customer Strategy and Analytics team. This person will influence key business stakeholders across the company while also leading cross-functional teams and driving customer centric change. This role requires a person that is willing to challenge the status quo and has a track record of delivering tests/pilots within aggressive timelines.

The Customer Strategy Director will leverage expert resources from Analytics, Finance and Business Intelligence organizations, and drive key customer-centric initiatives to deliver tangible financial results in the near term. The Customer Strategy Director will be expected to develop original customer insights that will be the basis for customer-driven growth initiatives (e.g., cross-sell, network optimization, and pricing to name a few). This person will also lead and prioritizes cross-functional team activities, as well as coaching and developing Customer Strategy & Analytics team members.

QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or other advanced degree required.
5+ years experience in Management Consulting, Marketing or Strategic Planning, CRM (non-technical fields)
Tenured, 5+ years of experience in data mining - must have demonstrated a pattern of success in using advanced quantitative methods to solve business problems
Excellent technical and analytical skills - proficiency in analytic techniques extensively applied across industries (e.g., Banking, Credit Cards, Airlines)
Experience managing analytics resources is a must
Ability to clearly communicate, persuade and influence a wide group of people, including Senior Management
