We are currently seeking a senior-level Java/J2EE Developer for a full-time, permanent position with our client in the financial industry. This Developer will be responsible for data mining and extracting business logic and uses cases from existing applications, will conduct OOAD sessions to build proprietary software from the ground up, and will perform Java/J2EE and Web Services programming within Oracle’s SOA suite. Other work will include

Unix shell scripting to orchestrate existing Perl modules in programmatic asset movement through the system
Re-engineering existing business processes and human workflow using Oracle BPEL process manager
Implementing real time reporting and dashboarding using Oracle’s BAM
Statistical Analysis using SAS
Portal programming, JSF and ADF programming using Oracle Webcenter 11g

Candidates who match the following profile should apply today:
4+ years of full lifecycle Java/J2EE development in an SOA environment, as well as with XML, WSDL, and XSD
3+ years experience consuming and constructing Web Services
3+ years implementing Ajax;
2+ years active work with UML
2+ years active use of SOAP
Any experience with Oracle’s JDeveloper, ADF, Application Server, BPEL Process Manager, Identity Management Suite, Business Activity Monitor, Enterprise Service Bus, and Webcenter 11g is a plus.
