CONNECT is currently seeking a Global Services Manager for our client in Lakewood, CO. This Global Services Manager will provide leadership, strategy and daily direction in the area of infrastructure operations, including data centers, global networks (voice and data), service desk, and operating processes. Position has life-cycle accountability for three primary functions plus managerial responsibilities that apply to all areas: Computing Facilities (data center/server room design/construction), Networks (design/deployment), and Service Desk. Ideal candidates will be technically experienced (i.e. – grew up from a technical position into management), and will have progressively responsible management experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business w/ and IT emphasis
10-15+ years of general technical experience in data center design, network/systems engineering, and/or service desk operations, plus 5+ years of progressively more responsible managerial experience
Project management experience
Advanced knowledge of data center operations, facilities management, network management principles and processes, industry standard practices in data center management, and process management of regulated and audited systems.
ITIL and/or pertinent technical certifications are a plus
Working knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems, network operating systems, data-center facilities (CRAC, UPS, power, etc.), data communications, and telephony technologies.
