TF216 - Senior Network Engineer

CONNECT is seeking a senior-level Network Engineer for a full-time, permanent position with our client in Spokane, WA. This Engineer will support the systems engineering team in designing and implementing customer-specific solutions. Will assist in designing and implementing hosted, managed, and customer specific solutions. Significant proficiency is required in concept of operations development, architecture design and review, requirements definition, system transition planning, and supporting customer defined system integration tasks. Occasional on call rotation as well as regional travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in a Professional Services or IT Consulting environment
Expert level knowledge and skill in the fundamentals of IP and core IP technologies
Knowledge of VoIP solutions, including Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity (including Unified Messaging)
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Cisco IOS, firewalls, switches, and routing equipment
Cisco certifications (especially CCIE) strongly desired

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Preference will be given to candidates in the Pacific Northwest or with specific ties to the Eastern Washington region.
